our groups must have been created before you can select them. See the related article on creating and sharing a group.
Your Loop must have been created and you must be at the scheduling invites stage before selecting a group.
STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS
Navigate to the group selector
1. Select 'Invites Scheduled'
From your Loop, click 'Invites Scheduled'. The first screen shows the Invitees screen with a list of everyone currently invited. From here you can manage your invitee list.
đĄ This feature is for email invites only.
2. Open the group selector
Open the group selector to view all available groups ready for selection.
Select your groups
3. Browse your personal groups
You will first see your personal groups â the teams you have created and manage directly.
4. Select one or multiple groups
Select the group or groups you want to use. You can select more than one group at a time to combine their members into your invitee list.
Tip: You can select from both personal and shared groups in the same session.
5. Switch to shared groups if needed
If you want to use a group created by a colleague, switch to the shared groups view. Here you will see all groups that have been shared across your organisation. [13]
6. Review the shared group options
Browse the shared groups available and select any you want to include. [13]
7. Confirm your selection
Once you have selected your group or groups, confirm your selection to build your invitee list.
Review and customise the invitee list
8. Review all team members
You will be shown the full invitee list based on the groups you have selected. Review all members to make sure the list is correct.
9. Remove members if required
If there are any members you do not want to include, delete them from the list at this stage.
10. Add additional members if needed
You can also add further members to the list at this stage, even if they are not part of the selected groups.
Save as a group (optional)
11. Save this configuration as a new group
If you want to reuse this combination of members in future, you can save the current invitee list as a new group. This means you will not need to rebuild the same team list again.
12. Name and save the new group
Give the new group a name and save it. It will then be available in your personal groups for future Loops.
đĄ Saving as a group is optional. You can finalise and send your invites without saving.
Finalise and schedule
13. Finalise your invitee list
Once you are happy with your invitee list, finalise it to proceed to the email scheduling screen.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
Your selected group members will be added to your invitee list and you will proceed to the email scheduling screen. From there you can customise your invitation and reminder emails and set the dates and times they are sent. See the related article on scheduling email invites and reminders for the next steps.
