Navigate to your Loop and open the Contribution hub. Here you will see the feedback and messages your colleagues have submitted.

As contributions come in, you will see a selection of emoji reactions available for each one. Select the emoji that best fits your response.

💡 Each emoji comes with a pre-populated message that complements the tone of that emoji. You can also type a custom response in the box provided instead of using an emoji.

You can edit the pre-populated message to make it sound more like you. Personalising your reaction helps make your response feel more genuine to the contributor.

Once you are happy with the message, click 'Send'. Your reaction will be recorded against that contribution.

💡 You can see which contributions have already received a reaction directly in the Contribution hub, so you always know if one has been left or not.

If you want to change or remove a reaction you have already sent, click on the reaction against the contribution.

Select the option to remove the reaction. You can then start again and leave a new one if needed.

Your reaction is recorded against the contribution and is visible in the Contribution hub. You can continue leaving reactions on other contributions, update a reaction you have already sent, or return to the Contribution hub at any time to review what reactions have been left.
