BEFORE YOU START
Your Loop must have received at least one contribution before the Contributions page will display any data.
You must have access to the Loop you want to review.
STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS
Navigate to the Contributions page
1. Open your Loop and select 'Contributions'
From within your Loop, click 'Contributions' in the navigation bar across the top of the screen. The Contributions page shows:

Contributions are listed below in date and time order by default.
2. Review the contribution summary
On the left-hand side you will see the total number of contributions submitted. Hover over the number to see a breakdown of contributions received by email invitation and by open link.

3. Filter by sentiment
Across the top of the Contributions page you will see three sentiment filters: Positive, Neutral, and Negative. Click any of these to filter the list to show only contributions with that sentiment. Click the same filter again to remove it and return to the full list.
4. Search by name
If you are looking for a contribution from a specific person, use the search by name field to find their contribution directly.
5. Filter by topic
You can also filter contributions by topic. Click the topic filter to narrow the list to contributions mentioning a specific topic.
Sort contributions
6. Change the sort order using the header filters
You can change how contributions are sorted using the header filters at the top of the list. The available sort options are:
Date and time — the default view, showing contributions in chronological order
Relevancy — shows contributions from highest to lowest relevancy
Sentiment — groups contributions by sentiment
Username — useful if you have multiple contributions from the same person
💡 To reset the sort order back to default, click 'Date and time' in the header filters.
Review an individual contribution
7. Click on a contribution to open it
Click any contribution in the list to open it. For a text response, the full response text is displayed on the left-hand side. Topics mentioned in the contribution are shown on the right-hand side, along with the sentiment.
8. Navigate between contributions
You do not need to return to the list to move between contributions. Use the left and right arrow buttons at the bottom of the contribution view to navigate through all contributions.
9. Return to the contributions list
Click the X to close the individual contribution view and return to the full contributions list.
💡 You can apply a sentiment filter before opening a contribution to navigate only through contributions of that sentiment. For example, selecting Positive and then opening a contribution will allow you to step through only the positive contributions using the arrows.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
Once you have reviewed your contributions, you can use the insights to inform your Close the Loop response. Review the AI-generated executive summary on the Results tab for a high-level overview before recording your closing video.
COMMON QUESTIONS
How are contributions sorted by default?
Contributions are sorted by date and time order by default, showing the most recent contributions first. You can change the sort order using the header filters.
Can I see how many contributions came from email invitations versus the open link?
Yes. On the left-hand side of the Contributions page, hover over the total contribution count to see a breakdown of contributions received by email invitation and by open link.
Can I filter by more than one sentiment at a time?
Yes. You can apply more than one sentiment filter simultaneously to view contributions across multiple sentiment categories at once.
Can I search for a contribution by keyword as well as by name?
Yes. As well as searching by name, you can search by keyword within contribution text to find specific contributions.
Can I navigate between contributions without returning to the list?
Yes. When viewing an individual contribution, use the left and right arrow buttons at the bottom of the screen to move through contributions without returning to the list. Click X to return to the full list at any time.
What information is shown when I open an individual contribution?
This depends on the type of response submitted. The full content is displayed on the left-hand side — for a text response this is the written text, for an audio response this is the audio player, and for a video response this is the video player. Topics mentioned in the contribution are displayed on the right-hand side, along with the sentiment for that contribution.
