Step-by-step instructions

Filter your Loops by status

1. Open the Loop Admin dashboard

From the main navigation, open the Loop Admin dashboard. All of your Loops are listed here by default.

2. Click the status drop-down

On the left-hand side of the dashboard, click the drop-down box. The following filter options will appear:

  • Draft

  • Opened

  • Expired

  • Closed

  • Archived

3. Select a status to filter

Click the status you want to view. The dashboard will update to show only Loops matching that status.

Archive a Loop

⚠️ You can only archive a Loop with a status of Expired or Closed.

4. Navigate to the Loop you want to archive

Use the drop-down filter to find your Expired or Closed Loop, then locate it in the list.

5. Click the three dots on the Loop

Click the three dots on the Loop you want to archive. A menu will appear.

6. Select 'Archive'

Click 'Archive' from the menu. A confirmation pop-up will appear.

💡 Archiving a Loop does not delete any responses or insights. All data is retained and can still be viewed by selecting the Archived filter from the drop-down.

7. Click the red 'Archive' button

In the confirmation pop-up, click the red 'Archive' button to confirm. The Loop will move into your Archived folder.

8. Repeat as needed

You can archive multiple Loops. Return to the Expired or Closed filter view and repeat steps 4 to 7 for each Loop you want to archive.

Delete a draft Loop

⚠️ Deleting a draft is permanent and cannot be undone. Only drafts can be deleted using this method.

9. Go to Draft view

Use the status drop-down on the left-hand side to select Draft. You will see all draft Loops you have created.

10. Click the three dots on the draft

Click the three dots on the draft Loop you want to delete. A menu will appear.

11. Select 'Delete'

Click 'Delete' from the menu.

12. Confirm deletion

Confirm the deletion when prompted. The draft will be permanently removed from your view.

13. Repeat as needed

You can repeat this process for each draft Loop you want to remove.

What happens next

Your dashboard will stay organised with only the Loops relevant to your current work. Archived Loops remain accessible under the Archived filter at any time. Deleted drafts are permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
